Warranty & product registration
At Doona, we develop innovative, high-quality products designed to endure, perform at the highest standards, and simplify parenthood. We stand behind our products and assure their quality. While all our products have been manufactured following the strictest global safety and meet the highest level of quality, a manufacturing defect or recall is still possible.
The warranty covers products that are in satisfactory condition and against manufacturing or material defects. Our Doona Car Seat and Stroller includes a 2-year warranty, and for our Liki Trike, we provide a 1-year warranty. We also cover a 1-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects for our accessories (excluding our Handlebar Covers, Liki T-shirt, Liki Cap, and Sticker sets). The warranty period is effective from the day of purchase.
For the SensAlert we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty covers SensAlert devices that have been handled properly and sent back to us in good condition. The warranty period is effective from the date of activation.
In case of a recall, we can only reach you if you fill out the registration form with your personal information and product details. To properly register your product, you must provide us with the information from the traceability sticker, a white label on the back of each product (accessories and spare parts are excluded).
