Delivery Timeframe

Our approximate dispatch timeframe for in stock items is 1-3 business days. We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturday & Sunday or Public Holidays (Victorian and Australian).
All orders are sent via Standard Australia Post (unless otherwise specified) from our warehouse in Metro Melbourne.

Important note: shipping timeframes are a guideline, and subject to change based on order volume, promotional periods or unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.


Change of Mind Returns
If you have purchased the incorrect item or changed your mind about your purchase, you may return your order to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.


We do not accept Change of Mind Returns on Clearance, Ex Demo or Box Damaged Goods.

Please note your refund will only be applied to ITEM returned to us in their original packaging with BOTH the product and packaging in a re-sellable condition. Any shipping paid on your order will not be refunded.


Please DO NOT write on the product packaging or attach any stickers/labels directly to the product packaging.

  1. Advise our team that you wish to return your order. Contact info.au@doona.com with your order information and your return will be added to the incoming return log.

  2. Print off the invoice you receive via email for your order and return it in the parcel. (If you don't have access to a printer, please include the name on your order in the return address so your returning parcel can be identified.)

  3. Return the item(s) at your expense to:

Please feel free to provide us with the tracking number for your return.

Once your item(s) has been received the condition of the item(s) and packaging will be assessed:

  • If the return is accepted, you will be notified, and a refund for the item(s) returned will be issued.

    OR


  • If the item(s) is received in a condition where they cannot be sold as new this will result in either a partial refund or the return may not be accepted. You will be notified of the outcome and discuss options for how to best proceed.


Feel free to send through photos showing the condition of the product/packaging and we can assess prior to the return.


Please note this process may take up to 5-10 business days from the time the item(s) have been RECEIVED.
