Order process
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided with all information: the items you ordered, the billing and shipping address, the selected shipping method, the payment method and your contact details. Please check whether all information is correct and contact us if necessary either by e-mail, via the contact form or simply by phone.
As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation and in a separate email the tracking number for your order. You can use this to check the current status of the shipment. If your order was delivered or left with a neighbor or at the post office, you will also receive a notification from us by e-mail.
If, contrary to expectations, the item you ordered is not in stock, you will immediately receive an email from us with an updated delivery date.
To cancel or change an order, please contact us with the order number. If the goods have already been shipped, the order can no longer be changed. You can find more information about this in our cancellation policy on the page Cancellation.
