Shipping costs
We ship our products exclusively with DHL. For orders with a value below €49, we charge €9. Shipping is free for orders above €49.
Shipping information
Please note that the shipping costs include more than just postage. They also cover transport insurance, personnel costs, and packaging materials. If you have any questions or suggestions, we are happy to assist you.
Delivery time
We do our best to deliver your Doona products as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, your order will be delivered within 3–5 days. Should there be any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Return
Returns are only possible within a period of 30 days and at your own expense. We only accept returns of unused items in their original packaging. Please send returns to the following address:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement – preferably via email to info.de@doona.com. We kindly ask you to send the return shipment sufficiently prepaid to us.
