Shipping costs

We ship our products exclusively with the delivery services of DPD and UPS within 3-5 days. From an order value of 49,00€ we deliver free of charge within Germany, Austria and Benelux. For orders up to an order value of 49,00€ we charge 6,90€ shipping costs for a delivery to Germany, Austria and Benelux.

Shipping information

Please keep in mind that the packaging and shipping costs do not only include the pure postage costs. Transport insurance, personnel costs of the shipping staff and the packaging are also included. If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery time

We do everything we can to ensure that your Doona products arrive at your home as quickly as possible. If the items are in stock, your order will reach you within 3-5 days as scheduled. If individual items have a longer delivery time, your order will be shipped as soon as all items in your order are in stock. In such a case we will inform you as soon as possible about the possible delay.

Return

Returns are only possible within an extended statutory revocation period of 30 days and are at your own expense. In case of a return, please send it to the following address: doona.com/en-de, c/o dadada GmbH / 2E Vertriebs-GmbH, Heinrich-Barth-Straße 16, 53881 Euskirchen, Germany. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement - most simply, but not mandatory, by e-mail. In case of a return of goods, we kindly ask you not to send the goods back to us freight collect, but as a prepaid package.
